I am a wellness and integrative health coach, combining evidence-based health coaching with two decades of experience in corporate leadership, brand strategy, and communications. My approach to well-being is practical, habit-based, and deeply rooted in science, helping both individuals and organizations build sustainable health practices that enhance productivity, resilience, and fulfillment.

My Personal Journey

Before transitioning into health coaching, I spent over 15 years in corporate leadership roles, working with some of the world’s biggest brands, including Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS), MTV, Hilton Hotels, SBI Life, Wadhwani Foundation, and the Mahindra Group. I led global brand strategy, corporate communications, and large-scale brand transformations across India, Edinburgh, and New York.

For years, I believed that pushing harder and working longer was the key to success. But over time, my erratic work schedules, unmanaged stress, and inconsistent lifestyle habits took a toll on my health. I was diagnosed with PCOD and insulin resistance, conditions that many people struggle with—often without realizing the impact their daily habits have on their well-being.

Instead of relying solely on medications, I took a holistic, integrative approach—focusing on nutrition, movement, and stress management—and successfully reversed my condition. This transformation reshaped not only my health but my perspective on what true well-being means. It made me realize that health isn’t about extreme measures, but about small, sustainable shifts that compound over time.

Today, I bring this same scientific, habit-based approach to my clients—helping them optimize energy, manage stress, and take control of their long-term health. Whether you’re an individual looking to prevent or reverse chronic conditions or a corporate leader striving to integrate wellness into a demanding career, I can help you build a lifestyle that works for you—without unrealistic diets, rigid routines, or unsustainable interventions.
